Casa Ashaya is a new luxury 3-bedroom house in the heart of K Section in Nosara Costa Rica.

The house is designed with a relaxed zen atmosphere in mind and will house a maximum of 6 people comfortably in 3 separate bedrooms. It is built with the environment in mind with solar power to decreased electricity use and full water recovery system to keep the gardens lush whilst preserving the precious commodity that is water in Nosara. Airflow has been maximized to decrease the need to use air conditioning as much as possible.

Casa Ashaya is located exactly halfway between Baker’s Beach entrance and the Nosara Yoga Institute. A leisurely 6 minute walk either way! Or you can have your own yoga practice on the wooden yoga platform at the house.

RATES:

DRY Season (November-April): $4,500/week
Min. Stay: 7-nights (Sat. to Sat.)

GREEN Season (May-October): $3,300/week
Min. Stay: 7-nights preferred*

HOLIDAY VACATION periods:

Presidents’ Week (February): $7,000/week
Spring Break (March): $7,000/week
Easter: $7,500/week
Thanksgiving: $7,500/week
Christmas-New Year’s Eve: $14,000/week


Min. Stay: 7-nights (Sat. to Sat.)

13% government tax applies
